I was born here, but studied and spent most of my life in Frankfurt, Germany. To make a new illustration, first, I mope around a bit and dread that it's going to turn out really bad. Then I trawl through the internet and save a load of stuff on Pinterest, to try and get myself excited about what I could draw. Then I draw it. That involves tracing different parts of a sketch onto different sheets of paper, and a ridiculous number of Photoshop layers. How I feel then depends on what podcasts I'm listening to!
