#164 Doroszenko’s
We are a duo of multidisciplinary artists based in Warsaw and maintaining together on many art levels. Our main interest focuses on photography, graphic design and sound – in particular, the intersection area between these practices. We create what we call ‘sound situations’ through both physical objects and digital pieces. Because sound for us is the ultimate precious thing, something frail and easily overlooked, it holds the most potential to truly free the imagination. Our practice also engages with the contemporary soundscape to select and rephrase the notion of noise as unwanted element. Our artistic research addresses questions of future technology in tune with digital aesthetics and the traditional fine arts. We are fascinated by artificial world of technology and its comparison to the structure of the nature.
